Probably will not continue working on it myself. It could serve as inspiration if someone were to want to integrate Triton kernels in SB though. Probably should be closed? |

What does this PR do?
Fixes #2733
Very early WIP for triton kernel integration and kernel selection/fallbacks. Untested.
