These should just be rendered out at some point. I think it is included on a list of macros to render out first. The devs were going to deal with this one, IIRC. So I'd just leave it for now. |

This replaces all obsolete_inline and obsolete_header macros with the deprecated equivalents. It also removes any version string from any deprecated_inline or deprecated header macros. This follows on from #4467
