Updates SkiaSharp from 3.119.1 to 3.119.2 in the BrowserBookmark plugin to pick up patch fixes and keep the graphics dependency current. Solves the outdated SkiaSharp version; context: a single NuGet version bump in the plugin csproj; closes no tracked issue.
