Found while testing #51836
Tab names are blank on new window when a tab/split view tab/tab group is tear from a vertical tab bar

Steps to reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.86.135 CR 144
2. Open a few tabs
3. Create a tab group
4. Create a split view
5. Pin a tab
6. Right click on any tab and select Use vertical tabs context menu
7. Tear a tab/pinned tab/split view tabs/tab group from original window
8. Observe that tab names are blank on new window for tab/pinned tab/split view and tab/tab group

Note: The tear tab cannot be attached back to original window as there is no tab name on the new window

Actual result

Tab names are blank when a tab/split view tab/tab group is tear from a vertical tab bar

Expected result

Tab names should not be blank when a tab/split view tab/tab group is tear from a vertical tab bar
