Found while testing #51836
Tab names are blank on new window when a tab/split view tab/tab group is tear from a vertical tab bar
Steps to reproduce
- Clean profile
1.86.135CR 144 - Open a few tabs
- Create a tab group
- Create a split view
- Pin a tab
- Right click on any tab and select
Use vertical tabscontext menu - Tear a tab/pinned tab/split view tabs/tab group from original window
- Observe that tab names are blank on new window for tab/pinned tab/split view and tab/tab group
Note: The tear tab cannot be attached back to original window as there is no tab name on the new window
Actual result
Tab names are blank when a tab/split view tab/tab group is tear from a vertical tab bar
Expected result
Tab names should not be blank when a tab/split view tab/tab group is tear from a vertical tab bar
