Shielded warning message is shown as soon as Send token is selected

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to send
2. Select Zcash shielded account
3. Shows warning message
4. Click on Send again to clear selected inputs
5. Select Zcash transparent account
6. Automatically shows the warning message
