Feature description

I would like LocalStack to support Apache Kafka as a source for Amazon EventBridge Pipes, similar to how AWS EventBridge Pipes can consume events from managed streaming sources.
Specifically, the request is to allow:

• Kafka topics (e.g., MSK-compatible or generic Kafka brokers) to be configured as a Pipe source

• Messages from Kafka to be forwarded into EventBridge targets via Pipes
